Life Transition & Recovery Coaching
Helping people remember who they are.
Maybe you don't even know who you are anymore. Maybe everything has changed all at once. Wherever you're starting from, you don't have to figure out the next chapter alone.
Where are you right now?
I don't even know who I am anymore.
Everything has changed.
I know something needs to change.
How we work together — the Solo C method
01 — Find Your Direction
02 — Make Your Plan
03 — Stay On Track
What makes this different
Adoption. Divorce. Addiction. An empty nest. Starting completely over, more than once. I'm not telling you this so it becomes the focus — I'm telling you because it's the proof that rebuilding is possible, and that you don't need to be rescued to do it. You need someone who'll walk beside you.
More about my story →From the memoir
A memoir about remembering who you are through loss, addiction, solo travel, and rebuilding your life. The book and the coaching hold up the same idea from two different sides.
About the book →My Story
I've walked through more than one version of starting over. I don't lead with it because it's dramatic — I lead with it because it's why I understand what you're carrying.
Learning early what it means to belong somewhere you didn't choose.
The end of a marriage, and the beginning of figuring out who I was without it.
My own recovery, and what it taught me about honesty.
A quiet house asking me who I was going to be next.
The parts of the story that don't resolve neatly, and how I kept going anyway.
Spain and Costa Rica, alone, when I needed to hear my own thoughts again.
More than once. It gets a little less frightening every time.
This work — helping other people do what I had to learn to do myself.
Coaching Philosophy
My clients don't need perfection from me. They need someone who understands, in a real way, what it feels like to rebuild — and who can hold space for that without rushing them through it. At the center of it, that's all this work is: helping people remember who they are.
Ready when you are
Coaching
Not "life coaching" in the abstract. Real transitions, named plainly.
The Solo C Framework
Solo C is the method behind every session — three simple stages, built from what actually gets someone through a transition.

The Book
A memoir about remembering who you are through loss, addiction, solo travel, and rebuilding your life.
Google for the practical questions. God for the ones no search bar can answer.
The book traces the end of a marriage, solo trips to Spain and Costa Rica taken to hear my own thoughts again, and the slow work of a spiritual and personal transformation. It's currently in its final stage of editing.
The book and the coaching aren't two separate things — they hold up the same idea from two different sides. If one resonates, the other probably will too.
