Life Transition & Recovery Coaching

Helping people remember who they are.

You know something needs to change.

Maybe you don't even know who you are anymore. Maybe everything has changed all at once. Wherever you're starting from, you don't have to figure out the next chapter alone.

Find Your Direction Make Your Plan Stay On Track

Where are you right now?

You don't need the whole plan today. You just need someone to start with.

I don't even know who I am anymore.

Everything has changed.

I know something needs to change.

How we work together — the Solo C method

A simple framework, built from experience — not theory.

01 — Find Your Direction

Where are you, really?

  • Name what matters now
  • Get honest about where you are
  • Start to see who you're becoming

02 — Make Your Plan

Break it into steps

  • Turn overwhelm into action
  • Small, realistic goals
  • A clear direction forward

03 — Stay On Track

Keep showing up

  • Weekly check-ins
  • Notice your patterns and wins
  • Course-correct without shame

What makes this different

I'm not coaching from theory. I'm coaching from what it takes to rebuild.

Adoption. Divorce. Addiction. An empty nest. Starting completely over, more than once. I'm not telling you this so it becomes the focus — I'm telling you because it's the proof that rebuilding is possible, and that you don't need to be rescued to do it. You need someone who'll walk beside you.

From the memoir

Google and God

A memoir about remembering who you are through loss, addiction, solo travel, and rebuilding your life. The book and the coaching hold up the same idea from two different sides.

About the book →

My Story

Not the focus of this work. The proof of it.

I've walked through more than one version of starting over. I don't lead with it because it's dramatic — I lead with it because it's why I understand what you're carrying.

Adoption

Learning early what it means to belong somewhere you didn't choose.

Divorce

The end of a marriage, and the beginning of figuring out who I was without it.

Addiction

My own recovery, and what it taught me about honesty.

Empty Nest

A quiet house asking me who I was going to be next.

Trauma

The parts of the story that don't resolve neatly, and how I kept going anyway.

Solo Travel

Spain and Costa Rica, alone, when I needed to hear my own thoughts again.

Starting Over

More than once. It gets a little less frightening every time.

Reinvention

This work — helping other people do what I had to learn to do myself.

Coaching Philosophy

People don't need to be rescued. They need someone who'll walk beside them.

My clients don't need perfection from me. They need someone who understands, in a real way, what it feels like to rebuild — and who can hold space for that without rushing them through it. At the center of it, that's all this work is: helping people remember who they are.

  • " Listen — really listen, without rushing to fix
  • " Hold space for what you're carrying
  • " Ask the questions that actually open things up
  • " Help you recognize your own patterns
  • " Build a plan that's realistic, not aspirational
  • " Keep you accountable, gently and consistently
  • " Walk beside you — not ahead, not behind

The Book

Google and God

A memoir about remembering who you are through loss, addiction, solo travel, and rebuilding your life.

Google for the practical questions. God for the ones no search bar can answer.

The book traces the end of a marriage, solo trips to Spain and Costa Rica taken to hear my own thoughts again, and the slow work of a spiritual and personal transformation. It's currently in its final stage of editing.

The book and the coaching aren't two separate things — they hold up the same idea from two different sides. If one resonates, the other probably will too.
